For a game or technical issue
- Tell us the level number and what you were trying to do.
- Include your device model, operating-system version and game version if you know them.
- Describe what happened and whether it happens again. A screenshot without private information can help.
- Do not send passwords, installation tokens or unnecessary information about a child.
Where to get the game
Sunleaf Quest is designed for iOS and Android. The App Store and Google Play links will be activated when the official listings are available. We do not offer downloads from unofficial sites.
Progress and locked levels
Levels open by completing earlier levels. A lock does not indicate paid content. Completed levels can be revisited from level selection.
Do not uninstall the app or clear its data while troubleshooting a missing save unless you are comfortable losing local progress. Online synchronization is not a guarantee of recovery on another device.
