Sunleaf Quest is operated by Kinzi Workspace LLC, trading as Kenzi.ai, based in Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates. Contact [email protected] for support or privacy requests.
Use the website and game only where lawful. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under the law where you live, a parent or guardian should review them and supervise use. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
2. Launch availability
Store download links will be activated when the official listings are available. Features, supported devices and availability may change before release. Only download the game from its official store listing.
3. Playing fairly
- Use the game for personal, lawful entertainment.
- Do not cheat, manipulate scores or interfere with another player’s experience or our services.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, bypass security controls or misuse installation credentials.
- Do not copy, redistribute or exploit the game, artwork, characters, music or branding without permission, except where permitted by law.
4. Progress, scores and virtual items
Coins, Diamonds, hearts, shields, rockets and points are in-game features. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Levels unlock through gameplay; a locked level is not an offer to sell premium access.
Saves may be stored locally and, when supported, synchronized online. Progress can be lost through device changes, deletion, technical failures or resets. Scores and rankings may be corrected to address errors or unfair play. Starting a new adventure may reset current progress while preserving supported records.
5. Ads and purchases
There are no in-app purchases. On supported mobile builds, Watch video is an optional way to refill three hearts at the last checkpoint after Game Over. You may instead restart the level for free or return to the main menu. Completing and verifying the reward is required; merely opening or closing an ad does not grant hearts.
Ad availability and daily limits may vary. Verification can be delayed by a network problem; reconnect and check the same reward without needing to watch again. Demo ads used in testing do not generate earnings. Virtual rewards have no monetary value.
6. Our content and your privacy
Sunleaf Quest and its original content are owned by or licensed to Kenzi.ai. Apple, App Store, Android and Google Play are trademarks of their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement.
The privacy policy explains how information is handled. Do not send unnecessary personal information through support, especially about children.
7. Updates and service changes
We may update or withdraw features, fix defects and restrict misuse. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes statutory remedies and consumer protections.
